Consumer dispute resolution

Consumers may pursue out-of-court settlement of disputes (ADR) through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), website coi.cz, ADR portal adr.coi.cz (§ 20d et seq. of Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection). The former EU online dispute-resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) was discontinued in July 2025 and is no longer available. See also the Terms of Service and Refunds & Credits.

Internal compliance and legal review completed through 2026-07-23. This notice is maintained by the Operator. Changelog: v1.3 (2026-07-23) records the domain migration from liveinterpret.app to liveinterpret.ai (.app remains an alias); no other changes. v1.2 (2026-07-19) incorporates the legal review — VAT wording updated (no VAT added or itemized unless applicable tax law requires otherwise; total price always shown before the order), keeping the Czech "Nejsem plátce DPH" identity line. v1.1 (2026-07-18) confirms the VAT wording (neplátce DPH, final prices) and updates dispute resolution after the EU ODR platform's 2025 discontinuation. v1.0 published 2026-07-12.
